Walltek Design Build, Inc. was awarded this challengin project that would bring retail development along with major stores such as Lowe’s and Target to the Biddeford, Maine community. The project was very large in size and height. Walltek knew that their company could value engineer the walls and produce enough volume through labor crews to keep up production for Coleman.

Walltek Design, Inc. is the engineer of record after going through an extensive review process. The review process was handled professionally and Walltek developed a strong and trusting relationship with Coleman.

All budgets and timelines were met in spite of completing this job during the hardest season of all, winter. The final wall system is 14 walls totaling 78,000 square feet.
